However, the healthy body weight does not account for the lowest one but the fittest one for you. It is not the one below the limits but the one that best fits for you. Weighing below or above the limits increases risks for diseases (diabetes, cardiac diseases, cancer, joint diseases etc.) and upsets one's health. The department of nutrition and dietetics provides services for nutrition, organizational nutrition as well as infant, child, adult, elderly, pregnant, overweight and skinny nutrition, and nutritional therapy for patients (diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, digestive system diseases). Nutritional treatment plans are designed for inpatients through daily visits as they are provided with a regular schedule for their diets during the time they are hospitalized, and training when required. Losing or gaining weight in a healthy fashion is imperative for a decent and balanced diet schedule.
