The Department of Thoracic Surgery offers an expertise in interventional procedures to treat lung, esophageal, tracheal and mediastinal cancer as well as primary and metastatic cancer of lungs in addition to diseases such as mesothelioma, sarcoma, thoracic outlet syndrome, thymoma, and benign diseases originated from pulmonary cavity, and malignant pleural effusions.
