Aziz Kaya

Aziz Kaya, M.D., specialist for general surgery, born in Istanbul in 1951. After graduating from Istanbul University School of Medicine in 1976, he completed his residency in the General Surgery Department of Cerrahpaşa Medical School of Istanbul University in 1981. Dr. Kaya worked for six months as chief of Staff for his compulsory service in Taksim hospital and then obtained his associate professorship in the same institution in 1983. Dr. Kaya worked as Deputy Chief of General Surgery and Head of Emergency Department of Haydarpaşa Education and Research Hospital between 1992-1995. Since March 1995 he is a member of the general surgical staff of the American Hospital.
