Cihangir Çelik

Assoc. Dr. Cihangir Çelik was born in Kars in 1945. In 1963 he attended Ankara Atatürk High School and in 1969 he graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialized training in 1974 from the Faculty of Medicine, Hacettepe University. He has also had specialized training in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery at Buffalo, New York State University in 1977 and Oncology education training at Roswel Park Memorial Institution in 1979. In 1977, he has worked as a faculty member at the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine at Hacettepe University and at the Buffalo General Hospital in 1988. In 2001, he worked in the Department of Vascular Surgery, Buffalo General Hospital. Since 2001, Assoc. Dr. Çelik has been working as Head of the Department for Vascular Surgery at American Hospital.
