Dr. Elif Altuğ was born in İstanbul in 1970. She graduated from İstanbul University faculty of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa faculty of Medicine in 2001. She has been working at the American Hospital in the Department of Pulmonary Diseases.
