Ali Çetin Sarıoğlu

Prof. Dr. Ali Cetin Sarioglu was born in Gaziantep in 1947. In 1972, he graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency in 1978 at Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty, Department of Neurosurgery. Between the years 1978-1979 he studied microsurgery at the Neurosurgical Clinic of the University of Zurich. He became associate professor in 1982 and professor in 1988. He became a teaching lecturer at the University of Zurich between 1987 – 1993 for the Department of Neurosurgery and actively worked as a surgeon. During 1993 - 2000 he worked at the Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine. Prof. Dr. Sarioglu, since 1994, has been working as Founder and President of the American Hospital, Department of Neurosurgery.
