Jeff rey L. Lovallo

Dr. Lovallo is a board-certifi ed orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery. He performed Virginia’s fi rst reverse total shoulder replacement over a decade ago and now performs over 150 shoulder replacements annually. A Connecticut native, Dr. Lovallo received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut and completed a hand surgery fellowship at Harvard Medical School. He was Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Connecticut before moving to the Washington, DC area. Dr. Lovallo currently serves as the upper extremity specialist for the Washington Redskins. He was named a 2013 Washington Post Super Doctor by his peers and a Washingtonian Magazine 2009 Top Doctor. Dr. Lovallo is a consultant for ASOS MED group orthopedic surgery section.
