Necla İpar

Dr. Necla İpar, was born in 1982 in Hilvan. She graduated from Ziya Gökalp high school in 1999, and from Fırat University Faculty of Medicine in 2006. After she finished her residency in Eskişehir Osmangazi University of Pediatric Department in 2013, she was appointed to Sarikamis State Hospital for mandatory government service. Following her duty in Sarıkamış, she worked in Sariyer İsmail Akgün State Hospital between April, 2015 and December, 2015.
