WHAT IS PEDODONTICS?
Pedodontics, also known as Pediatric Dentistry, is a department of science that aims to protect the health of milk and permanent teeth of children aged 0-13 years and to treat diseases that occur. It covers pediatric dental treatments other than orthodontics. Child treatment requires special attention. It is necessary to know children’s psychology well, to acclimate them to the dentist’s chair without scaring them, and to inform them about tooth cleaning so that they can live with healthy teeth throughout their lives.
