Engin Bazmanoğlu was born in Istanbul in 1946. After he graduated from Vefa High School, he started Istanbul University. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of medicine. He completed his residency at Haydarpaşa Hospital in 1978. Engin Bazmanoğlu has been working at the American Hospital in the department of Urology.
