Dr. Marie Josee Caron completed her medical education and training at the Universite Laval, Canada in 1995. In 2003, she was awarded the fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at the Shriners Hospitals for Children, USA.

Dr. Marie worked as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Centre Hospitalier Regional de Sept Îles Hospital, Canada in 2000. She continued her practice at the Hôpital de Matane and Hôpital Hôtel-Dieu de Roberval, Canada in 2003. A year later, Dr. Marie joined the Université Laval, Canada as the Associate Professor of Pediatric Orthopedics.

In 2009, she moved to the UAE where she held post as a Consultant in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery in a large government hospital based in Abu Dhabi. Overall, Dr. Marie has an extensive medical experience of more than 14 years in USA, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. She has also done volunteering work in Colombia, South America, and Western Africa.

Currently, Dr. Marie is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, and the Quebec Orthopedic Association.
