 It has executed numerous implementation aimed at domestic and abroad, leaded lots of medical team to be disciplined about Technique of Implant Treatment which was performed first by Tanfer Clinic in Turkey in 1985.

 Tanfer Clinic is the first practitioner to have executed the Porcelain Fillings Inlay-Onlay and Laminate Veneer by the implementation of CEREC in 1990.

 Nowadays, Tanfer Clinic continues to realize successfully all of the Aesthetical Teeth Treatments as well as the Operations of Mounth, Teeth and Maxillofacial Surgery.

 Dr.Nihat TANFER, is the first and unique oral surgeon in Turkey in 2012 with the treatment ''BOX TECHNIQUE'' which is a kind of a method, executing in just only 5 countries in the world, to create an artificial jaw bone for the patients who have no change of making indentation because of the bone loss of their jaw by any of the reason.

• The Implants Vitzani certificated by The CE European Union Health that we have been using for many years at our clinic have been produced privately for Tanfer Clinic in the factory which is located in Bologna-Italy.

• The Implant Vitzani which is produced by pure titanium high end has a feature to accelerate the process of recovery with its surface which is perfectly designed having a high durability.

• Thanks to its biological feature which is histocompatible, it can be easily used in the zone specially which has more less quantity of bone and all of the various indications.

• Our implants sterilized by the gamma rays have different choices of length and wideness. They are designed ideographically.
