What is in vitro fertilization?
In vitro fertilization is an auxiliary method in the treatment of infertility, during which female and male repro-ductive cells are combined outside the female body, and an obtained embryo is implanted in utero. A procedure of in vitro fertilization consists of three main phases:

-egg retrieval from the follicle and cultivation;
-embryo transfer into the uterus.
